Refund Policy

14-Day Withdrawal Period (Your Legal Right)

According to applicable law (especially EU consumer protection regulations), you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchase without providing any reason.

• Refund Calculation: Since the service is activated automatically upon payment completion, when you request a refund, we will retain the value equivalent to the actual days your subscription has been active, and refund the remaining portion. The calculation is based on a proportional value of the total subscription price.
  • For example:
    • Subscription price: $4.99 (90 days)
    • You request a refund 3 days after purchase
    • Days active: 3 days
    • Daily value ≈ $4.99 / 90 ≈ $0.055
    • Retained amount ≈ 3 × $0.055 ≈ $0.17

Refunds After 14 Days (Standard Policy)

After the 14-day legal withdrawal period or for non-initial subscriptions (such as auto-renewals), our standard refund policy applies:
